Taylor Swift’s fans are speaking out loud.
Supporters of the Grammy winner penned an open letter asking Swift to address the many controversies Matty Healy had amid rumors of love.
This #SpeakUpNow campaign The 33-year-old asks Swift to give “more than a simple apology” for the bigoted remarks that the 1975 frontman has made in the headlines in the past.
“Use your platform responsibly and responsibly,” the statement asks. “Advocate inclusion, celebrate diversity, and promote empathy and understanding.”
The letter acknowledges that while Swift has the freedom to “make her own choices and build relationships,” she must “defy harmful ideologies and encourage her followers to participate.” [her] to create a more just and equitable world.”
The statement accuses the “Shake It Off” singer of “continuing” by “keeping quiet” on Healy’s actions.[ing] hate and contribution[ing] systemic oppression undermines progress towards equality and understanding.”
The social media announcement comes two weeks after Swift announced that her re-recorded “Speak Now” album, originally released in 2010, would be released soon.

Swift, who has been romantically linked to Healy since the beginning of the month, has yet to comment on the open letter.
Their controversy has resurfaced since the British musician was seen watching Swift’s concerts, visiting her at the recording studio, and kissing her at Casa Cipriani.
Healy has not only made headlines over the years for kissing fans and eating raw meat at his group’s shows, but has also found himself under fire for comments he made about Kanye West and Ice Spice on the “Adam Friedland Show” in February.
He also remembered the podcast host who had come over to watch “hard” porn on “Ghetto Gaggers,” a site known for videos of humiliating and brutalizing women of color.
Her love affair with Swift comes right after her split from actor Joe Alwyn, whom she’s been dating for six years.
