Olivia Wilde’s net worth has been revealed as Jason Sudeikis claims she tried to “sue debtors” in the ongoing custody battle over their two children.
The 39-year-old actress is worth more than $10 million, according to legal documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
In a statement to the Los Angeles Supreme Court on Thursday, Wilde said he had a total of $10,569,736, including $645,187 in bank accounts, $3,902,689 in stocks and bonds, and $6,021,860 in real estate and other properties.
According to the Daily Mail, the statement stated that Wilde has a monthly income of $71,667.
However, he reportedly spends $107,000 per month, of which about $4,000 is on laundry and cleaning, including more than $58,000 on a mortgage and $6,500 on basic utilities.
In response to the leaked documents, a representative of Wilde told E! “The sealed and private documents leaked today are a gross breach of trust and were never intended for public consumption.
“This particular family issue involving young children continued to be a tabloid fixture, and the media coverage dating back a year was grim and traumatic.”
The net worth disclosure came hours after the Daily Mail reported Wilde’s complaints about the apparent cost of Sudeikis’ legal approach.
“While Jason can afford to spin his wheels with filing, Olivia can’t,” Wilde’s lawyers wrote before a hearing in Los Angeles on Friday.

“Jason seems determined to throw everything he can at the wall to see what sticks, and this Demand for Order action aimed at stopping the California Parenting lawsuit is just the latest example.”
TMZ reported that Wilde ultimately won in the trial, and a judge has ruled that the ex’s legal battle against 8-year-old son Otis and 6-year-old daughter Daisy should remain in California rather than New York.
According to the newspaper’s report, Wilde accused Sudeikis of “defrauding” and using “intimidation or deception” to win and “acting in bad faith” on her children’s future.
“Jason should not be allowed to sue Olivia to get him in debt and then argue that he should be deprived of her right to demand a need-based wage contribution,” his lawyers wrote, adding that “Booksmart” director “is self-aware.” He is much richer than he is.”
Wilde wrote in his file that he was taken by surprise by Sudeikis’ efforts to move the custody case to the East Coast.
“We were scheduled to start working with a family therapist in California in mid-January. “I thought things were calming down and we would move forward in a more friendly, respectful way.”
“Instead, I learned that… all this time I was negotiating the parenting timeline in California. [Jason] He planned to keep New York Child Support running behind my back.
The photograph of Wilde and Sudeikis hugging each other in January shows that they have escaped from a previously contentious dynamic. A year ago, in the middle of a presentation at CinemaCon 2022, she shockingly handed him the custody documents.
The former couple broke up in November 2020 after nine years together and seven years engaged.
