Jacky Oh, former star Wild ‘N Out, died. He was 32 years old.
A BET Media Group spokesperson confirmed her death to PEOPLE, saying, “We are deeply saddened by the passing of the talented Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh. Wild ‘N Out A family member whose influence will be forever treasured and missed.”
“Jacky Oh was a loving friend and dear colleague of the group. Wild ‘N Out was on the roster for five seasons,” the spokesperson added. “More importantly, she was a wonderful mother of three beautiful children.”
BET Media Group extends our deepest condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon and all the friends who love and care for Jacky Oh during this difficult time.
The statement was also shared in a post on Twitter. Wild ‘N Out Instagram next to a photo of Jacky Oh.
According to TMZ, which first reported the news, Jacky Oh died in Miami. A cause of death was not made public.
DC Young Fly, longtime partner of the MTV personality, was filming new episodes of the series in Atlanta. Wild ‘N Out According to TMZ when she learned of Jacky Oh’s death.
He has not yet commented on the subject. PEOPLE reached out to their representatives for comment.
The couple met in 2015, the same year that she first appeared on the sketch comedy show where she is one of the show’s Wild ‘N Out girls. They have since welcomed three children: Nova, Nala and Prince.
