Doja Cat may be leaning towards Doja Bat with her new back tattoo!
The 27-year-old “Boss Bitch” rapper posted photos of his new ink on Instagram on Thursday; this is an intricate thin line tattoo of a bat skeleton covering his entire back.
In a series of captioned photos with simply a bat emoji, Doja Cat shared some close-ups and stunning details of her new piece.
As for the meaning behind body art, the style icon posted an image of some text and some specific lines were highlighted in purple. “Bats often represent death in the sense of letting go of the old and bringing in the new. They are symbols of transition, initiation and the beginning of a new beginning.”
On Monday, the “Need to Know” singer boldly presided over New York City’s annual Met Gala by dressing up as Karl Lagerfeld’s legendary beloved cat, Choupette. The theme of this year’s famous fashion event, “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty”, celebrates the late designer.
The artist hit the event’s white carpet in a jaw-dropping Oscar de la Renta suit, featuring a fitted hoodie, complete with cat ears to accentuate her cat-like prosthetic make-up. The backless dress featured a flattering mermaid silhouette flowing into a train of white feathers.

Doja Cat has been feeling more and more free since changing its overall look last year. As the cover star dizzy The Los Angeles native, whose real name is Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, said in her magazine’s Winter 2022 The Beautiful Issue that getting a haircut and shaving her eyebrows helped her feel more confident.
“I’ve never felt so beautiful in my life, it’s weird,” said Doja Cat, although at first glance he jokingly compared his close-shaven head to a “wrinkled penis”.
Realizing that longer hairstyles made her feel like a “hot girl”—”but I always do,” she admitted—letting her curls go had many advantages.
