Country singer Jimmie Allen is being sued by a second woman, who claims he sexually assaulted her in Las Vegas after months of persistent pursuit by Allen, who randomly approached her on a plane last year, and secretly filmed the encounter without her knowing it. Variation reports.
“Allen sexually assaulted Jane Doe 2 in her hotel room and subsequently passed out,” the lawsuit says. The lawsuit also mentions Allen’s bodyguard: The accuser says the singer’s employee followed him to an airport to get the singer’s number after the flight he first met Allen.
At first, Allen’s accuser consented to have sex with him in his Las Vegas hotel room, but “as their encounter progressed, Allen entered the Claimant without a Condom and with his penis during intercourse. Allen told Plaintiff that he wanted to get her pregnant. Plaintiff said no… He refused,” says the case.
In addition to accusations of sexual assault, Allen’s accuser is suing the singer for breach of privacy, assault and emotional distress.
In the lawsuit, Allen’s accuser says he discovered that the singer had secretly recorded the encounter when he noticed the singer’s phone hidden in the locker in the hotel room where the alleged attack took place.
Later, the case says that the woman took the phone with her when leaving Las Vegas and handed it over to the police, and also filed a police report.
Allen was pulled out of the Western Idaho Fair earlier this week amid news that the singer is facing another lawsuit from her former manager, who has made repeated sexual harassment and rape allegations against the country star; Allen claims he and his ex-manager have had consensual encounters.
In response to the former executive’s lawsuit, Allen said, “The simple truth is that his accusations are not only false, but extremely damaging.” “I’ve worked incredibly hard to build my career, and I intend to make a strong defense of his claims and take any other legal action necessary to protect my reputation.”
