Christian Brando grew up with his father, Marlon Brando, after friends of his mother kidnapped him for ransom.
In 1990, a drunken Christian killed Dag Drollet, boyfriend of his sister Cheyenne. Marlon Brando’s eldest son, Christian Brando, pled guilty to manslaughter in 1990. The elder Brando testified to being a bad parent. “I led a wasted life … Perhaps I failed as a father. The tendency is always to blame the other person. There were things I could have done differently, I did the best I could.”
Despite his efforts, Christian spent ten years in prison. He was released but continued to make headlines for his involvement in other Hollywood scandals and his 2005 guilty plea in a spousal abuse case. He died of pneumonia at 49. Cheyenne committed suicide in 1995, at the age of 25.
4. Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson dangled his youngest son, Prince Michael Jackson II, a.k.a. Blanket, on the Balcony of his German Hotel Room. It was November 2002, and Blanket was 9 months old. Micheal apologized for it saying that the got excited when the fans asked if they could see his baby.
3. Mark Everett
Was featured on America’s Most Wanted because he was wanted for the 2004 murder of his girlfriend, Stephanie Spears. Their son Benjamin disappeared with him. On December 23, 2008, he held Benjamin hostage at an El Monte, California restaurant. When Mark threatened to kill the boy, the police shot him to death. Benjamin survived with a bullet wound to the leg.
2. Macaulay Culkin
Macaulay Culkin was the biggest child actor of his time. The 1990 release of “Home Alone,” launched him to stardom that was followed by different movies such as “My Girl” and “Richie Rich,”. He left left acting in 1994 as his parents broke up and he became disillusioned with his father’s management of his career. His father kept on pushing him around to do movies he doesn’t even seen the script.
He divorced his parents to gain financial independence.
