1. Chris Chubbuck
August 24, 1944 – July 15, 1974
July 15, 1974, Chubbuck said she will open her program with a newscast which she has never done before. What she was going to read was her speculative report of her impending suicide, wherein she conjectured she would be declared dead fourteen hours later.
She did read several news stories but one of the videos won’t run. She then proceeded and to say her last words then drew the revolver and shot herself. Chubbuck fell forward.
Suicide Statement:
And now, in keeping with Channel 40′s policy of always bringing you the latest in blood and guts, in living color, you’re about to see another first – an attempted suicide.
Another Mention: Gig Young or Byron Elsworth Barr

Young was married five times: Sheila Stapler, Sophie Rosenstein, Elaine Stritch, Elizabeth Montgomery, Elaine Williams, and Kim Schmidt. He met Schmidt, a script superviros, on the set of his final film, Game of Death, where she was working as a script supervisor.
On October 19, 1978, three weeks after his marriage to Schmidt, the couple was found dead at home in their Manhattan apartment. Police investigation showed that Young shot his wife and then turned the gun on himself in a murder-suicide
