5. Usher
Usher does 1,000 ab crunches a day, forty minutes of cardio, thirty more minutes doing push-ups, leg raises and tricep dips. He is also very disciplined when it comes to food. He eats chicken breast, fish, moderate amount of carbohydrates and lots of fruits and leafy veggies.
The key is in the knowing that the better he looks, the better the paycheck so he forces himself into the discipline.
4. Ll Cool J
Ll Cool J actually came out with a work out book that documents how he achieved the body that he wanted.
I haven’t read the book but from what I hear, he went through several phases – bronze, silver, gold and platinum.
3. Channing Tatum
Channing’s work out is geared towards making him look leaner, not bigger. He wanted to look agile rather than buff. So his work outs were mostly cardio such as rope turns, jumping jacks, burpees, press-ups, pull-ups , squats, barbells and kettlebells.
He does three exercises each session and completes as many rounds as he could within 20 minutes. Each session is different to keep Channing from being bored. He works out three straight days and rests for a day.
2. Boris Kodjoe
Unfortunately, Boris’ work-out routine is not well documented. If anyone knows what his routine is, please leave a comment.
