1. Hattie McDaniel
This was not a funny speech at all but you will all agree that it is the best one to date. Hattie McDaniel won the Oscar® in 1939 for her supporting role in Gone with the Wind. She was the first African American to be given an Oscar®. I think she was aware of how big that moment was so she kept it simple.
The Speech Highlight: My heart is too full to tell you just how I feel… I sincerely hope I shall always be a credit to my race and to the motion picture industry.
I don’t think there ever was a video of her speech but watch a tribute video for her below.
Honorable Mention: Jodie Foster

Foster won an Academy® for her performance in The Accused, in true Foster fashion, she Kept It Short and Sweet.
The Speech Highlight: My life is so simple. There are very few things. There is love and work and family and this movie is so special to us because it was all three of those things… my mother Brandy who taught me… Cruelty might be very human and it might be very cultural but it’s not acceptable which is what this movie is about.

I’d suggest wood. It’s less esvenxipe, lighter, and less likely to hurt anyone (by accident). Not sure about the size of these scrolls, but you could use wood dowels, or balsa wood dowels. (hardware store would likely be cheaper than the craft store for this.) Or you could use shish-ka-bob skewers for really thin rods these might work best, if they have to go through the mail! Or maybe bamboo??? gardening stakes could be ideal! ( from a plant store or garden centre). Spray them with gold spray paint, then cut them to size then attach your paper scroll using 2sided tape.
